Younify Group LLC, doing business as Sent Creator Academy (we, us), operates sentcreatoracademy.com (the Site). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and your answers when you submit an application, book a call, or join a program. Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically: pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and similar usage data, collected through cookies, the Meta Pixel, and the Meta Conversions API.
To review your application, schedule and hold calls, deliver our coaching programs and community, send you emails and texts about your application and our programs, take payments, and measure and improve our advertising.
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to understand which ads lead people to apply. This can share limited information with Meta, such as the pages you visited, that you submitted an application, and your email or phone number in hashed (scrambled) form. We do not share your application answers with Meta. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, including GoHighLevel (website, forms, calendar, email and text), Loom (video), Skool (community), Meta (advertising), and our payment processor, or when the law requires it.
If you give us your phone number, we may send texts about your application, booked call, and our programs. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or text opt in consent with third parties for their own marketing.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
We keep your information while you are a lead or member and as long as needed for business, tax, and legal reasons, then delete it.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected].
Our programs are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
