Legal Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Younify Group LLC, doing business as Sent Creator Academy ("we" or "us"). They cover our website, roadmap calls, coaching programs (1:1 Coaching and Creator Circle), and community. By using our site, submitting an application, booking a call, or enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By entering our site or purchasing our courses, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into this binding agreement. If you do not accept each stipulation contained herein, you must immediately cease accessing or utilizing any Sent Creator Academy property, material, or curriculum.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

Members must be at least 18 years of age or have legal parental consent to participate. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your registered account remains solely your legal responsibility. Inform our administration immediately upon identifying unauthorized access.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum modules, video lessons, blueprints, templates, frameworks, and text elements remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sent Creator Academy. Enrolled members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license strictly for personal development. Redistribution, recording, or commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Fees, Billing, & Subscriptions

Tuition fees, cohort payments, and recurring subscription dues are billed in accordance with the checkout tier selected during enrollment. You agree to provide valid, up-to-date payment information. Failure to honor payment schedules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your course access.

5. Refund & Cancellation Terms

Enrollment fees and monthly payments are non-refundable unless a written agreement you sign at enrollment says otherwise. You can cancel a monthly membership at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund past payments.

6. Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use

Our community values mutual respect, professional decorum, and honest engagement. Harassment, unauthorized promotional solicitation, data extraction, hate speech, or abuse directed toward faculty, staff, or fellow students will result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Earnings & Warranties

Sent Creator Academy provides educational frameworks, strategy blueprints, and operational training. We do not guarantee specific income results, client acquisition figures, or audience growth metrics. Your performance depends on individual execution, external market dynamics, and independent dedication. Any student stories or results we share are examples, not typical outcomes and not a promise of what you will earn.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permissible by applicable law, Sent Creator Academy and its officers shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your inability to access programs or your commercial application of course recommendations.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first by email.

10. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, updated dates will be posted at the top of this document. Continued platform usage following notice constitutes affirmative acceptance of the revised clauses.

11. Text Messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree to receive calls and texts about your application, booked call, and our programs, including automated messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
